Deposits, cancellations, and the small print
Deposits
A 25% deposit holds stays of 7+ nights or any holiday week. Applied to your final bill.
Cancellations
Cancel a non-holiday stay any time without penalty. Holiday deposits are refundable up to 14 days out.
Payment
Cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo at pickup. We don't store cards.
